Q. What countries are Pyrros Accounts available in?
We can offer accounts to businesses and private individuals throughout the EEA
Q. How do I sign up for a PYRROS Account and payment services?
It is extremely easy to sign up for one of our accounts and to access the digital banking services they provide. Just contact our BD team and they will for the relevant documentation to be emailed to you or they will arrange an introductory call if necessary.
Q. Can I hold more than one Pyrros IBAN?
Yes. Once you have been through our compliance process you can hold multiple accounts in different currencies.
Q. What do I need to open a Pyrros Account and use the Pyrros Group payment services?
You will need to be able to identify yourself/ the company you wish to open an account for by answering the questions set out in our onboarding form, the documents required are set out in this form for Pyrros to be able to verify the information received to open an account. Please contact us to start the onboarding process today.
Q. Can you offer accounts to high-risk clients?
Yes, we can offer financial services to some high-risk clients, depending on their industry and jurisdiction. All clients will be assessed by our EU based compliance team and enhanced KYC measures may be necessary for some clients.
Q. Who can I pay with my IBAN?
You can pay into individuals and businesses bank accounts anywhere in the world in 138 different currencies.
Q. How long will the payments take to settle with the beneficiary?
SWIFT Transfers can take up to 3 days and our standard SEPA times are below;
